STEP TWO DETAILS: Registering your team for league play
Submit your paperwork to Kara Primaveri by mail. Kara will then submit the paperwork collected for registration once you are signed up in the club registration and payment system (step one must be complete before you can be registered).

Paperwork to Submit:

1. NMYSA Membership Form:  http://www.nmysa.net/Assets/pdf/forms/f-membership.pdf
2. Photo (1" x 1" head shot) for their passcard
3. Copy of their birth certificate (ONLY if they have not played with Rio Rancho Soccer Club before)

Registration for 2011-2012 will be a two step process:

STEP TWO DETAILS: Registering your team for league play
Register with Pegi Sheradon, our Duke City Soccer League Registrar:

When:  June 18th
Where: Duke City Soccer League Office from
Time: 11:30am-3:30pm
Please bring:
  1. Completed NMYSA Membership Form
  2. Just a copy of players Birth-Certificate (proof of age) if they are a returning Duke City player.
  3. ANY player registering for the first time within Duke City must present an Original Birth-Certificate to verify age of player.
  4. All players must have a recent wallet sized photo for player pass-cards.
      Please write name, and team on back of picture.

**There will likely be one more additional in-person registration date that will be announced shortly.

ATTENTION: Academy registration is closed for for the fall season. Please check back in February to see if there are any openings.

To register your daughter, you need to fill out the two forms below:  

• US Club Soccer Registration Form

• Sting Player Obligation Agreement

Then, to complete your registration, go to: www.stingsoccer.com to pay.  Once you get to the website, you will choose the club payment system from the menu on the left.  You will then be asked to create an account.  After you create an account you will then be allowed to register.  Choose Sting Soccer Club NOT Sting Academy (this is for a program in Texas).  When you need to choose a team, choose his age group.
